- God has not taken away your healing. God's Word regarding Christ's suffering for your healing is a FINISHED work. "It is finished." That was a one-time past tense sacrifice.
- God's power has not left you.
- God's anointing has not 'lifted'--Christ, the anointed one, lives in you!
- God is not bringing back the problem because of sin in your life--which was placed on Jesus and satisfied in his death. Your deliverance is in Jesus' Name! There is no unsettled claim against me!
- God is not testing you to build your faith.

Your adversary must believe that if he brings this back, you will doubt God's Word and believe his (your adversary)'s lie who says things like, 'Ah, see? it won't work for you. You don't have what it takes to hang on to it. You weren't really good enough to deserve it. You ARE sick. You are NOT healed. That minister is not here to help you now. You just have to put up with it. It is here to humble you." ALL OF THOSE ARE LIES.
"Resist the Devil and He will flee":
This means declaring God's Word out of your mouth and resisting your symptoms even while you feel them. In the face of the liar who is screaming at you, you simply say, "All I know is God's Word says He dealt with you, so you must deal with Him, not me!"
RESISTING MEANS RESIST. In other words, you will feel pressure, a real resistance. You will be in your bathroom proclaiming God's Word when you just want to cry and go lay in bed. If you feel you cannot overcome your own thoughts and put them on God's Word, then you can pray in the spirit and let the spirit intercede for you.
It might take 30 minutes, it might take 3 days, 3 months, 3 years, but you do not change your confession of God's Word over your situation.
In your Times of Weakness/When You are Likely to Submit to it:
This ishen the problem often comes back. After being healed of asthma, our son's came back the next year at the same times that it originally gave us problems the year before: at the onset of spring allergies. We had 2 rough nights and he was free! All around us, our friends' children were being rushed to the ER and to doctor's visits for asthma. It is an expected time for asthmatics, so it came knocking on our door again. We told it to leave.
I have heard many ministers say that cancer comes back and back and back with many people. It is easy to understand why. Americans are SO afraid of cancer and immediately expect death that the enemy knows that if he can bring it back just one more time, the person will give up. ('Just one more time, and he won't be able to believe that Jesus took cancer at the cross.')
Yet, you just rebuke this sickness each time and rejoice that God's Word is true no matter what you feel.
When my husband first began to stand his ground against sicknesses, resisting the sickness and refusing to skip a day of work, the sicknesses fought him hard. Then we noticed that he had a run of sicknesses that strangely no longer fought him in the daytime but would ravage him all night long. It was quite strange--3 sicknesses in a row only bothered him at night and were 'mysteriouly' absent during the days. Fighting so many weird sicknesses was unusual and discouraging (like, "Why do we feel like we're losing?"--until we realized what was happening. The adversary was no longer fighting him during the days because my husband had proven that he would not give in, so the tactic moved to wear him down at night and make him lose his sleep. (These were often all-nighters! TERRIBLE!) When he realized his and began to similarly say, "I don't care what happens during the night, I am healed and I am free of this sickness, and I will keep on working and functioning normally!" His trail of sicknesses stopped.
Righteous Anger
When you realize what is being stolen from you--time, family time, future plans, etc, this will help you! Decide that God's Word and His plans for you are worth fighting for. "Stand your ground on the evil day...take your stand against the devil's schemes." Do not be afraid to look back at what all has been stolen through this sickness and let yourself be fed up with it.
Retaliations
Often during this process, the devil overplays his hand and you will 'see' him rear up his head. Often when someone is praying, the ailment will immediately worsen/sharpen--an obvious retaliation. But this means you are on the right track! Your adversary knows he is being kicked out!
